HOW IT WORKS
Skill: hop through roads, rails and rivers. Cars, trains and water are fully dodgeable. Don't dawdle: the harvester is coming.
Chance: every stretch ends at a blind crossing hidden in fog. Pick one of 10 crosswalks and step in. One hides a truck, drawn by the server after you commit, so every crossing is 90% safe. No skill can beat that 1 in 10, and it's the only thing that can get you without it being your fault.
Cash out any time after your first checkpoint for the amount on the ladder. Checkpoint 1 returns slightly less than your wager; profit starts at checkpoint 2. Get hit first and the wager is gone. Up to 40 checkpoints.
House edge 12.5%: each checkpoint pays 0.875 ÷ the chance of reaching it (0.875 × 1.111ⁿ). A player who never makes a mistake gets back 87.5% on average, whenever they choose to stop.
If you leave mid-run, it's kept for 30 minutes so you can resume. After that it settles as a cash-out of your last cleared checkpoint, or as a loss if you hadn't cleared one. Leaving never re-rolls a crossing.
